TWU Gender Cafe – Generous Spaciousness

FREE! All welcome, even friends and family from off campus.

These cafés are gatherings where you’ll find casual conversations around a fireplace on various topics in Gender Studies. Gender Cafés has become a new tradition at Trinity Western and has proved to be a very popular campus event. The idea is to provide space for safe conversations and to consider to a range of views. Come early!

Topic: Generous Spaciousness: Responding to Gay Christians in the Church (based on the 2014 book of the same name)

Suggestion (not required): Read the book first.

Off-Campus Speaker: Author Wendy VanderWal Gritter (MDiv, Tyndale Seminary). She is the executive director of New Direction Ministries of Canada in Mississauga, Ontario and an internationally recognized contributor to conversations about faith and sexuality.
