Event Description

Generous Space is partnering with Shalem Mental Health Network for this all-day Friday conference. Luis Goncalves, an experienced therapist who has navigated his own journey with his sexuality, will be offering the keynote. Several people from our Generous Space community will be sharing pieces about their journey with mental health. This will be a day of dialogue and co-learning with LGBTQ+ folks from our community as well as mental health practitioners from across Ontario.

Registration

The registration fee for Generous Space community members is $30 which includes lunch and refreshments.You can register for the day by emailing Eric (eric@generousspace.ca) or Wendy (wendy@generousspace.ca), or prepay by registering through Shalem here, and entering ‘community’ as your learning stream.

The event will be held at Meadowvale Community CRC in Mississauga – transportation is not provided, but if you’re absolutely stuck contact Eric (eric@generousspace.ca), and we’ll see what we can do.
