The Colossian Forum (private event)

We are convinced that it’s time for The Colossian Forum to engage the questions of human sexuality that are pressing Christians from all sides, and again to seek Christ’s transformative power.

In August, TCF is convening outstanding leaders in this field for five days of prayer, work, and dialogue as we continue to pursue Christian faithfulness in the midst of intense cultural pressures regarding human sexuality. Coming from different positions and fields of expertise, we will practice listening and speaking with patience, love, forbearance, and gentleness in the pursuit of faithfulness to Christ. While we may not change our positions on these important issues, we will all be changed.

Our intent is not to limit these transformative times to a small handful of participants. In addition to this week of confidential conversations, we are presenting two evenings of public panel discussions on August 13 and August 14. We want to share the early fruits of our friendship-building with you, and to extend this process of constructive dialogue to as wide a body as possible. Please join us! We will pray together, lay out the issues, and speak openly about the positions we take and what’s at stake. We will seek to glorify Christ in the middle of these difficult, painful, and divisive questions.
